CEA Action operates as a separate arm to handle what the C3 organization cannot: direct policy advocacy, legislative engagement, and coordinated constitutional work on behalf of every member.
WHAT CEA ACTION IS
Two Entities. One Mission.
Christian Employers Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization. CEA Action operates as its advocacy counterpart, legally structured to engage lawmakers, track legislation, and advance policy that protects Christian employers. The two entities share a mission but maintain distinct governance, boards, and leadership teams.
Protect Freedom
CEA Action advocates for policies that protect the religious liberty and operational freedom of Christian-owned businesses at every level of government.
Strengthen Business
We fight for the economic and operational conditions that allow faith-driven employers to build, grow, and lead by conviction without fear of government retaliation.
Reflect Biblical Values
Every policy position CEA Action takes is measured against scripture. We are not a political organization. We are a biblically grounded one that engages the political process.
WHY SEPARATE
Distinct Governance. Shared Conviction.
The separation between CEA and CEA Action is structural and intentional. The C3 organization defends members through the courts and empowers them through resources. CEA Action advances the policy conditions that make those protections durable long-term.
Each entity has its own board of directors and leadership team. Each carries its own accountability. Both answer to the same calling.
