What Is CEA Action?
CEA Action is the legislative advocacy arm of the Christian Employers Alliance (CEA). While CEA provides research, education, and community for Christian business leaders, CEA Action is purpose-built for one thing: winning in the public square.
CEA Action engages directly in political advocacy, lobbying, and legislative campaigns. That means registered lobbyists on Capitol Hill, direct engagement with lawmakers, and coordinated member mobilization when critical votes approach.

The legislative threats facing Christian employers are no longer hypothetical. From federal contractor mandates to proposed expansions of anti-discrimination law that would override religious employer exemptions, the stakes are real and rising.

How CEA Action Works
CEA Action deploys on three fronts:

Tracking Legislation. Our policy team monitors every bill, amendment, and agency rule that threatens employer religious freedom, giving members advance intelligence and action alerts before votes happen.
Mobilizing Members. When a critical vote approaches, we activate our network of Christian business owners for coordinated advocacy: constituent calls, letters, and in-district meetings that lawmakers cannot ignore.
