For Immediate Release
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA), issues the following statement of profound gratitude to Sean Kouplen, Chairman and CEO of Regent Bank and a valued member of the CEA Board of Directors, for hand-delivering our collective “Record of Conviction” directly to the White House.
Statement from CEA President Margaret Iuculano:
“We are deeply grateful for the courageous leadership of Sean Kouplen in hand-delivering this historic letter, signed by a unified front of Christian CEOs, to the President and Congressional leadership. This is a pivotal moment for the faith-at-work movement, signaling that Christian employers are no longer standing alone but are moving as a force to ensure that the marketplace remains a space where biblical values are protected.
The hand-delivery of this letter is critical because it ensures that our message, that business interests are family interests, is heard directly in the halls of power without being diluted by bureaucratic noise. For too long, governing policies have deprioritized the symbiotic relationship between a thriving business and a strong nuclear family. By advocating for the expansion of the Child Tax Credit (CTC) and enhanced work incentives, our members are demonstrating that the Christian employer is the ultimate champion of the family unit.
This letter, signed by leaders representing diverse industries from across the nation, serves as a formal mandate to our lawmakers. It underscores our commitment to Economic Freedom and the belief that the companies we represent will only truly thrive when supported by strong, stable families. We thank Sean for his dedication to this mission and for representing the voice of America’s leading Christian CEOs at the highest levels of government.”
