Lobby Congress
We deploy registered lobbyists and member delegations directly to Capitol Hill, meeting with lawmakers, submitting testimony, and driving the legislative record on religious employer protections.
Track Legislation
Our policy team monitors every bill, amendment, and agency rule that threatens employer religious freedom, giving members advance intelligence and action alerts before votes happen.
Mobilize Members
When a critical vote approaches, we activate our network of Christian business owners for coordinated advocacy: constituent calls, letters, and in-district meetings that lawmakers cannot ignore.

The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA) is a 501(c)(3) national association that provides Christian business leaders with research, education, community, and resources for running faith-based workplaces.
CEA Action is the separate legislative advocacy arm created specifically for lobbying, political advocacy, and coordinated legislative campaigns.
Together, they form a complete movement: CEA equips Christian employers with knowledge; CEA Action fights for them in the halls of power.
